Chicken Sausage Satay and Vegetable Rice

The flavour of satay is always a favourite and easy to make with this vegetable rice on the side topped off with roasted peanuts. Make extra satay as it freezes well to have on hand for another quick meal.

Delicious! Even though it sounds like a weird combination, turns out to be a real winner, especially to help the kids eat their veggies!
