Calamari Chips with Thai Sweet Chilli and Lime Dip

Ingredients

  • 400g pack Sealord Calamari Chips
  • 1/2 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt
  • 8-10cm piece cucumber, halved, deseeded and grated
  • 1 Tblsp chopped mint
  • 1-2 Tblsp lime juice
  • 125g Wattie's Wok Creations Thai Coconut, Chilli and Lime Stir Fry Sauce

Method

1. Place the frozen Sealord Calamari Chips in a single layer on a baking paper lined oven tray.

2. Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes, turning once after 4 minutes, cook until hot, golden and crunchy.

3. In a small bowl combine Wattie’s Wok Creations Thai Coconut, Chilli and Lime Stir Fry Sauce with yoghurt, grated cucumber, mint and lime, mix well.Serve hot calamari chips on a platter with dip and radishes, celery and snowpeas.
