A high-energy smoothie made with caramel creamed rice, milk, and banana.


  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ banana, peeled
  • 2 x 220g cans Wattie's 99% Fat Free Caramel Creamed Rice

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy


Keep cans of Wattie’s 99% Fat Free Caramel Creamed Rice in the fridge as the smoothie will become creamier if the rice is chilled.

yes it was nice but the rice aint cheap and I believe 1 + 1/2 banana would be as good and cheaper.

Quick and easy. If you want a stronger caeramel flavour, here are a few suggestions: 1. Use caramel Up and Go, 2. Caramel Flavouring or 3. a small qty of Caramel Milkshaker flavour.
