1. Entry instructions and information on the prizes offered form part of these terms and conditions (Conditions of Entry ).

2. Winners will be notified by 29^th February 2012 by email or by telephone. Prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation thereto.

3. The Promoter is Heinz Wattie’s Limited of 513 King Street North, Hastings 4122, New Zealand (Promoter ).

PROMOTION PERIOD

4. Promotion commences 23^rd January 2012. Entries close at 5pm on 19^th February 2012. (Promotion Period ).

5. Entry is open only to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who are actually residing in New Zealand (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its affiliates, participating outlets, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

HOW TO ENTER

6. To enter, purchase any Sinsin sauce (“Qualifying Purchase”) in one transaction during the Promotion Period, log on to: www.foodinaminute.co.nz , enter the last 6 digits from your Sinsin sauce barcode number (i.e. 8888020XXXXXX), name, address, telephone number and email address. Please see entry close-off date for the prize draw in Condition 4 above.

7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Every Sinsin sauce purchase allows you an entry into the draw. Winners may be requested to produce their supermarket till receipt showing purchase within the promotion dates in Condition 4 above.

DRAWS

8. All prize draws will be conducted at Heinz Wattie’s Limited Auckland office at 46 Parnell Road, Auckland, New Zealand (Draw Location ) by a representative nominated by the Promoter.

9. The Major Prize Draw will be conducted at 12 noon on Monday 20^th February 2012 (Major Prize Draw ). Followed by 40 random electronic minor prize draws on Monday 20^th February 2012.

MINOR PRIZE DRAW

10. After the Major Prize Draw, the first 20 entrants drawn will each win a Sunbeam Rice Perfect^® Deluxe 7 (RC5600) Rice Cooker valued at $99.99 (including GST) (RRP). The next 20 entrants drawn will each win a Wiltshire Soho WOK 35cm valued at $29.99 (including GST) (RRP). (Minor Prizes ).

MAJOR PRIZE DRAW

11. The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two adults (persons aged 18 years or over) to Singapore valued at over NZD $9938 (including GST) (RRP) (depending on the Major Prize Draw Winner’s place of residence) (Trip ).

The Trip for the Major Prize Winner and his/her nominated travelling companion includes:

i. Return economy class airfares for two adults to Singapore flying Singapore Airlines from Auckland or Christchurch international airport and (if required) airfares from the Major Prize Winner’s nearest domestic airport to either of those international airports, whichever is the nearer. Includes airport and government taxes (approx. NZD $70 per person).
ii. Return transfers from Singapore airport to Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel, Singapore;
iii. Twin share accommodation at Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel, Singapore, Singapore for 7 nights inclusive of breakfast;
iv. Spending money to the value of NZD $1000.

12. The Major Prize Winner and travelling companion must use their prize before November 30^th 2012.

13. Bookings are subject to availability. Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel, Singapore has advised that the following dates are unavailable, so travel cannot be taken at these times:

14. All aspects of the Trip (including travel, accommodation and spending money) are for the Major Prize Winner and his/her travelling companion travelling together at all times.

15. Once booked, changes to the traveller details, travel, flights or accommodation arrangements cannot be made. The Trip cannot be exchanged for other travel, flights or accommodation at other destinations. Any part of the Trip that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.

16. The Trip does not (except as expressly stated) include:

i. Any transport between a traveller’s residence and the departure airport;
ii. Any overnight accommodation while travelling to the departure airport or destination;
iii. Any other travel or accommodation;
iv. Any incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar changes, telephone calls, in house movies, food and beverages);
v. Any insurance (such as travel or health cover). The Promoter requires the Major Prize Winner and his/her travelling companion to cover themselves with full travel insurance. Evidence of insurance for each person travelling may be requested and must be supplied to the Promoter prior to travel. Should the Major Prize Winner and his/her travelling companion fail to take out travel insurance, the Promoter will require them to sign a waiver prior to travel;
vi. Any medical or health related services;
vii. Any other ancillary cost which may be incurred by those travelling including passports and visas.

17. The Major Prize Winner must hold a valid credit card and present on check-in at the Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel to cover any incidental hotel charge.

18. Participation in the Trip is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by those involved in providing other goods or services included in the prize (Third Party Terms ).

19. The Major Prize Winner and his/her nominated travelling companion participating in the Trip are responsible for compliance with all applicable Entry Requirements and Third Party Terms and bear all risks associated with failure to comply with any of them. They will be required to maintain an acceptable standard of behaviour while on the Trip. The Promoter assumes no liability (and will provide no compensation) to the Major Prize Winner and/or his/her nominated travelling companion who, as a result of any failure to comply with any Entry Requirements or Third Party Terms:

i. Is unable to participate in the Trip (or any part of it); or
ii. Suffers any other loss or damage.

20. In order to claim the Trip, the Major Prize Winner and his/her adult travelling companion are required to confirm in writing that they have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions, by signing a copy thereof which will be retained by the Promoter and also signing a release and indemnity in favour of the Promoter in respect of their participation in the Trip.

21. The total value of the prize pool available to be won in the Promotion is valued at NZD $9938 RRP (including GST) (depending on the Major Prize Draw Winner’s place of residence. (RRP stated excludes domestic flights to Auckland or Christchurch international airports if required) (Trip ).

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

22. The Major Prize winner and Minor Prize winners will be notified by email or phone by 29^th February 2012 and in writing by 7^th March 2012.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW

23. If a prize is won by an eligible entrant and he or she does not claim the prize by 12 noon 14^th March 2012, a random electronic re-draw will be conducted on that date and time at the Draw location by a representative of the Promoter from all remaining Eligible Entries received in the Promotion, subject to any directions from the New Zealand department of Internal Affairs.

NOTIFICATION OF RE-DRAW WINNERS

24. The Re-Draw winners, if any, will be notified by phone and mail.

VERIFICATION

25. Entrants must retain their purchase receipt from their Qualifying Purchase (Proof of Purchase ) for each entry they submit in the Promotion.

26. If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion, appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a prize (if drawn) and compliance with these Conditions of Entry.

If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry or entries submitted by the entrant will be deemed invalid. Prizes will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.

GENERAL

27. If more than one person attempts to claim a prize, the Promoter has sole and absolute discretion to determine which of those persons the winning entrant is.

28. Each Qualifying Purchase counts towards one (1) entry only.

29. There is a limit of 20 entries per entrant.

30. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

31. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize from the time of printing Promotion materials.

32. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated prize.

33. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.

34. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it including modifying or suspending the Promotion.

35. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry or draw mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly, comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.

36. The Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities and all agencies associated with the Promotion and the employees, agents, directors and contractors, of all such entities shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury, whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or participation in a prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

For the avoidance of doubt, this clause 36 shall (without limitation) apply in the case of any loss, cost or damage incurred or suffered by any third party where such loss, cost or damage is caused by the Major Prize winner or his/her travelling companion or guest.

37. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of a prize.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

38. By entering this prize draw, each entrant consents to the information he/she submits with his/her entry being entered into a database and that the Promoter may use this information to advise entrants of any future Heinz Wattie’s and Food in a Minute® promotions unless the entrant indicates otherwise. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the Auckland office of Heinz Wattie’s Limited at 46 Parnell Road, Parnell. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
