Healthy Pick- What’s it all about?
The Food in a Minute team aims to provide a wide range of recipes that can form the basis of healthy, balanced eating. However, we understand that some people are looking at the nutritional value of their meals so we have developed an initiative called the Healthy Pick that will help highlight which of our tasty recipes are considered the healthiest.
Healthy Pick recipes meet criteria for total fat, saturated fat, sodium (salt) and/or sugar. The criteria are listed below but you can also click the Healthy Pick icon on a recipe and it will display the criteria.
You can either simply look out for recipes with the Healthy Pick icon or you can search through the full collection of Healthy Pick Recipes .
Remember; the key to healthy living is to enjoy a wide variety of good wholesome foods, including the occasional treat. Enjoy plenty of regular exercise too.
Happy cooking and healthy eating!
