TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
1. Entry instructions and information on the prizes offered form part of these terms and conditions.
 
2. Entry is open only to Food in a Minute® members who are New Zealand residents actually residing in New Zealand. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its affiliates and of Tegel and Circulon, participating outlets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
 
3. To enter, log on to: www.foodinaminute.co.nz and enter your name, address and telephone number and answer the simple question. Please see entry close-off date for the prize draw in Condition 5 below.
 
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Only one valid entry per consumer will be accepted, except that when a consumer submits his/her valid entry and immediately after entering recommends a friend through the Invite-a-Friend functionality provided on the website, then a second valid entry is automatically generated for the consumer.  If the friend wishes to enter the competition, he/she must do so separately.
 
5. The Wattie’s & Tegel promotion commences Thursday 11 March 2010. Entries close 4 p.m. on Monday 22 March 2010. The draw will take place at 12 noon on Wednesday 24 March 2010.
 
6. The first ten valid entries drawn in the competition will each win a 5 piece set of Infinite Circulon® cookware valued at $749.95. Prize value is correct at time of printing. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
 
7. Winners will be notified by Tuesday 30 March 2010 by email or by telephone. Prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation thereto.
 
8. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes.
 
9.   By entering this prize draw, each entrant consents to the information he/she submits with his/her entry being entered into a database and that the Promoter may use this information to advise entrants of any future Food in a Minute® promotions unless the entrant indicates otherwise. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the Auckland office of Heinz Wattie’s® Limited at 46 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. 

10. Only the winners’ first name and the region where they live will be published on the Food in a Minute® web site for two weeks after the winners are notified.

11. If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or care-giver.
